Dubuque author Carol Kroh Schmitt will be at the library to talk about her historical fiction book, "Dancing Down a Rocky Path". This family saga follows four generations as they live through despair and triumph and deal with the challenges of Twentieth Century America. Carol will read from her book and talk about her journey as an author. Copies of her books will be available to purchase from the author.
